Financial Analyst (Tax) - Accounts Payable - Administrative Headquarters

Description: Mandatory Requirements: * Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or Economics. * Have professional experience in tax routines related to payroll processing. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Technical knowledge: Tax Legislation (IRRF, INSS, ISSS, PIS/COFINS); E-Social, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, DIRF. Desirable Requirements: * Postgraduate degree in Controllership, Tax Planning, or Fiscal Management. * Experience in Health or Hospital Cooperatives. * Technical knowledge: Tax regime applicable to cooperatives. * Perform fiscal processing of payroll for cooperative members, ensuring correct calculation of withholdings (IRRF, INSS, ISS, etc.) and other charges established by law. * Calculate, withhold, and remit taxes according to the tax legislation applicable to cooperative member compensation. * Generate and validate ancillary obligations (DIRF, DCTFWeb, E-Social, EFD-Reinf, DMED), ensuring accurate submission of data for cooperative members. * Prepare payment reports to support the accounting, audit, and finance departments. * Operate in compliance with ANS regulations, especially regarding registration, financial transactions, and transparency in payments to physician cooperative members (e.g., RN 443/2019); * Support the legal or cooperative member relations department in tax and fiscal matters related to compensation and tax obligations; * Continuously update knowledge on changes in tax legislation and ANS regulations; * Contribute to improving internal controls, workflows, and systems related to cooperative member compensation (such as integration between payroll, ERP, and accounting systems); * Participate in technical meetings with internal audit, ANS, Federal Revenue, or other regulatory agencies when necessary. * Remove and dispose of waste generated during service execution in appropriate locations. * Comply with practices aligned with principles of social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and corporate governance. * Ensure proper custody, maintenance, conservation, and cleaning of equipment, tools, and work materials. * Work in accordance with good practices, safety standards, and procedures. * Attend meetings when summoned. * Attend scheduled training and development programs. * Comply with rules and procedures regarding uniform usage, time recording, working hours, shift schedules, vacation schedules, etc. * Create and suggest work flows and processes, adopt optimization and rationalization measures, aiming to improve team and interrelated department activities. * Report any irregularities or suspected fraud to management. * Inform supervisors about actions and activities carried out within their area of responsibility. * Perform other related duties, according to the responsibilities specific to their operational unit, nature of work, and work location/subsystem, as directed by superiors. 2510090202491797396
