Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing and executing civil construction projects, supervising teams, monitoring quality, and controlling resources to ensure project efficiency. Problem and conflict resolution to optimize site productivity **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 07:00 to 17:00; Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00. **Experience Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Participate in the setup of construction sites according to project specifications, form work teams, assign tasks, and supervise their execution; Monitor, control, segregate, and store waste generated on-site; Analyze and discuss technical details and instructions of the project to be executed with the engineer; Guide and monitor schedule implementation; Instruct and guide foremen in interpreting project drawings for service execution; Control the flow of equipment and materials to work fronts, as well as waste, material wastage, and necessary tools and instruments; Monitor construction quality standards, verify material specifications used on-site, and assess storage conditions; Supervise work execution, resolve issues, redistribute tasks, reassign personnel, and control work quality and quantity; Request materials required for service execution; Assist in preparing reports and schedules during project execution; Participate in training programs when requested; Ensure maintenance, cleanliness, preservation, custody, and control of all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace, adhering to occupational safety regulations; Perform duties relevant to the field of expertise using computer equipment and software; Carry out other tasks compatible with job requirements; Interview candidates for hiring; Evaluate employees against established competencies for each position; Resolve conflicts; Address problems affecting site productivity. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Production Engineering / Civil Production Engineering or Technical Diploma in Building Construction Preferred Qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s degree, experience in reading and verifying project documents, leading and controlling production teams, and layout and verification of services. **Benefits:** No benefits specified
