Your Mission: Carry out tasks related to the preparation of raw materials, cooking, assembly, and/or plating of hot and cold meals, in accordance with the production plan, contributing to the differentiation and success of the meal solutions produced at the food production unit. What We Expect From You: * Perform tasks related to the preparation of raw materials, cooking, assembly, and/or plating of hot and cold meals, in accordance with the production plan and recipes, ensuring product homogeneity and food safety, as well as compliance with established quality requirements (temperatures, traceability, safety time intervals between processes, proper packaging, quantities, etc.); * Support raw material stock management within the section, according to production needs, ensuring control over received quantities, verification of their quality, and proper storage conditions; * Ensure compliance with defined quantities, deadlines, and quality control at each stage; * Guarantee adherence to food handling procedures and food safety for each item, aiming to reduce waste and optimize costs; * Conduct and verify organoleptic characteristic tests; * Accurately enter into the computer system the operational records defined for the section; * Ensure cleanliness and organization of production areas, maintaining established parameters and guaranteeing correct waste segregation for subsequent valorization; * Promote effective collaboration among different teams in the daily operation management; * Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing and participating in projects for new production solutions/procedures, as well as initiatives to improve the overall functioning of the food production unit.
