This Warehouse Clerk is responsible for inventory control and management, invoice issuance, and order tracking within Nestlé's supply chain.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities...**
* Issuing, verifying, and receiving invoices in SAP system and monitoring accounting entries;
* Controlling and storing chemical and flammable materials (Safety Data Sheets, external document control, subdivided items, etc.);
* Generating MRP purchase requisitions via SAP to replenish inventory;
* Managing goods movements (receipts, issues, transfers, and disposal);
* Tracking orders with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery (Follow-Up);
* Filling out and managing performance indicators (KPIs) and document control (DMS);
* Understanding basic inventory concepts and applying them practically (material types, statuses, minimum/maximum levels, batch types, MRP control units, storage locations, values, non-moving items, obsolete items, etc.);
* Receiving all types of materials and their corresponding invoices according to the order issued by CDI;
* Adhering to corporate warehouse practices (audit item).
**What Will Contribute to Your Success?**
* Completed high school education
* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
* Knowledge of Power Platforms, Microsoft Office suite, and SAP
* Strong sense of organization and cleanliness
