Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing splicing, fusion, and testing of optical fiber to ensure service integrity, and involved in the installation and maintenance of optical fiber networks. Key Highlights: 1. Performing splicing, fusion, and optical fiber testing 2. Proficiency in measurement equipment for diagnosis and monitoring 3. Installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks Performs splicing and fusion of passive components and optical fiber testing to ensure the integrity of executed services. Conducts tests to ensure the integrity of executed services, with full proficiency in interpreting project documentation and operating measurement equipment such as OTDR, power meter, among others, for diagnosis and monitoring in TX environments. Performs installation and maintenance of optical fiber in aerial networks (fused and connectorized), under BBN and FTTX topologies.
