We are looking for a **Senior Credit Analyst** to work in **Maringá**, focusing on in-depth client analysis and process structuring, directly contributing to the company’s strategic decision-making. This position requires self-management, critical thinking, and technical expertise.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Conduct registration and credit analyses to structure complex financial transactions; Prepare and interpret financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement), with emphasis on leverage, liquidity, and profitability; Analyze economic groups and corporate structures, assessing associated risks and financial interdependencies; Prepare and present detailed credit opinions to Credit Committees and strategic departments; Develop financial reports and indicators, ensuring high-quality management of the customer portfolio; Actively participate in strategic meetings, interacting with internal and external stakeholders; Structure and optimize registration processes and credit evaluation methodologies; Experience with credit engines, Vadu, Serasa, Lemit, etc.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Academic Background**
Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields; Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Finance, Credit, or Risk Management is a plus.
**Experience and Technical Knowledge**
Minimum of six years of experience in registration and credit analysis within FIDCs, securitization companies, or banks; Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial mathematics (modeling, projections, and statistical analysis); Experience analyzing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for decision-making purposes; Knowledge of economic groups, corporate structures, and risk analysis; Ability to prepare and present technical materials to Credit Committees.
