Job Summary: We are seeking an apprentice to support technical and administrative IT routines, with emphasis on practical learning and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and IT organization **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a young individual interested in learning and growing in the field of information technology. The apprentice will assist the IT team in technical and administrative routines, always under supervision and with ample opportunity for hands-on learning. Technical Support: Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, laptops, and mobile devices (cell phones, tablets); Support handling technical service requests, including logging and tracking user requests; Perform basic functionality tests on equipment and peripherals; Assist in software and operating system installation and configuration. Organization and Inventory: Organize and manage IT equipment and accessory inventory; Support physical and digital file organization; Assist in documenting technical procedures and departmental routines. Administrative Activities: Support spreadsheet management and record updates; Assist in administrative routines within the IT department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in high school, Attending classes during morning or evening shifts. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Transportation allowance; Meal/food allowance per workday. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Maringá, PR **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM
