Job Summary: Handles material receipt, movement, and storage, verifying invoices, organizing the department, and proposing improvements to company procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Proposes improvements to company procedures Performs material receipt, movement, and storage. Receives and verifies incoming material invoices, checks quantities, descriptions, and general conditions of materials and packaging; Manages shipping and receiving, control, maintenance, cleaning, and organization of the department. Monitors loading and unloading, interprets invoices, and verifies receipt against purchase orders; Organizes material storage, preserving physical integrity and usability conditions; Separates requested materials and delivers them to external workshops; Delivers materials to requesters and records material issuance or withdrawal from inventory via system; Enters invoices into the system; Requests purchases of spare parts for inventory and emergency needs; Conducts cyclic/rotating inventories; Proposes improvements to company procedures.
