The Human Performance Analyst will serve as the custodian of the talent management cycle, ensuring that the high-performance culture is sustained by data, streamlined processes, and continuous managerial support. The professional will operate from technical configuration of cycles to strategic facilitation of calibration meetings. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Performance Cycle Management:** Configure and manage the performance evaluation system, including creation of customized forms and definition of annual schedules.
* **Active Monitoring:** Track leadership and employee engagement, identify bottlenecks, and verify pending items to ensure deadline compliance.
* **People Analytics:** Develop real-time dashboards and reports to communicate cycle status and results evolution to senior leadership.
* **Calibration Committees:** Facilitate meetings with managers to discuss performance and potential, ensuring accurate placement of employees within the **Nine Box** methodology.
* **Support and Training:** Serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding the methodology and platform usage.
* **Continuous Improvement:** Analyze the effectiveness of evaluation criteria and propose adjustments to enhance fairness and meritocracy.
**Requirements and Qualifications*** **Education** in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Engineering, or related fields;
* Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and correlating performance variables;
