Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead for Analytics & AI to provide technical leadership for a multidisciplinary team building data- and AI-driven solutions, ensuring scalable and high-quality deliveries. Mentoring and team development We are looking for a **Tech Lead for Analytics & AI** to technically lead a multidisciplinary team, building solutions grounded in data, machine learning, and applied AI to solve real business problems. This role is for someone who combines technical excellence, architectural vision, and leadership—working closely with engineering teams, product, and business stakeholders to make technical decisions, guide the team, and ensure scalable, high-quality deliveries. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Provide technical leadership to the team, taking ownership in defining development standards, architecture, and best practices * Support the team in resolving technical challenges, removing blockers, and guiding technical decisions * Engage hands-on in strategic or highly complex initiatives * Translate product and business needs into feasible, sustainable, and roadmap-aligned technical solutions * Plan and track technical deliveries, participating in estimations, deadlines, and prioritization * Monitor engineering and quality metrics, mitigating technical risks * Ensure quality practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and documentation * Mentor and develop the team through 1:1s, feedback, and support for professional growth * Serve as a bridge between technology, product, and business, supporting alignment and technical decision-making * Collaborate with the architecture team on proof-of-concept (PoC) development and technical feasibility analysis of solutions. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Proven experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and ML in production (batch/streaming pipelines, deployment, and monitoring) * Ability to design data and ML architectures while evaluating trade-offs * Knowledge of data engineering (OLTP/OLAP modeling, Data Lakes, integrations, and SQL) * Full-stack experience, with backend in Python and frontend integration using React and/or Angular * Mastery of software architecture best practices and serving as the team’s technical reference * Experience with AI agent architectures, agents, MCPs, and integration with AI platforms (e.g., AWS Bedrock) * Experience with Generative AI (RAG, embeddings, chains/agents) * Familiarity with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar) * Knowledge of Data Mesh, data governance, and large-scale systems **LOCATION** Uberlândia/MG – On-site (Av.
