The Backend Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-availability and high-scalability systems, focusing on distributed systems and event-driven architectures. This professional will play a key role in building the distributed automation module, working directly with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating to deliver robust and efficient solutions. In addition to being an expert in .NET and C#, the candidate must have experience in system engineering and architecture, functional development, and object-oriented programming, as well as solid knowledge of distributed system frameworks such as Microsoft Orleans. Key Responsibilities:* Design and implement distributed automation modules based on Microsoft Orleans and event-oriented architectures. * Develop robust and scalable back-end systems in .NET/C#, using functional development practices and object-oriented principles. * Collaborate with the architecture team to create solutions meeting high availability and scalability requirements. * Work with Kafka to manage real-time events and data streams. * Implement and optimize visual workflows enabling customers to configure triggers and marketing campaign automations. * Apply advanced event sourcing, event storming, and event-based system design practices. * Use functional libraries in C# and, occasionally, F# to efficiently solve specific problems. * Ensure code quality through CI/CD practices and test automation. * Work with AWS technologies to integrate and optimize systems in a cloud-first environment. * Propose and implement architectural and engineering improvements to optimize performance and reliability.
