For this position, we are seeking someone passionate about people, data, and technology to join our Engineering team, composed of exceptional Escalers (as we call our team members) with unique expertise! <3 **\#JoinTheClimb: come find out what we expect from you** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and deploy AI Agents; * Perform integrations between the company’s solutions and partner systems; * Develop workflows, automations, and intelligent processes; * Actively participate in client meetings to gather requirements, understand needs, and explain features; * Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability. * Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product managers. * Support continuous improvement of solutions after deployment. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related). * Solid experience as a Software Engineer, working on medium- and high-complexity projects; * Experience with system integrations and APIs; * Experience in software development (backend and/or full stack). * Experience with AI Agents and workflow development is a plus.
