Job Summary: Responsible for real-time monitoring and tracking of vehicles and cargo, ensuring security, adherence to routes, and operational procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical ability and agility in decision-making **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform real-time monitoring and tracking of vehicles and cargo; * Monitor trip initiation, progress, and completion; * Ensure compliance with established routes and security procedures; * Maintain continuous communication with drivers and operational teams; * Identify and address route deviations, unauthorized stops, and risky situations; * Activate contingency plans in case of incidents; * Record information, incidents, and follow-ups in the system; * Manage checklists, trip authorizations, and operational documentation; * Support fleet scheduling and positioning control; * Prevent thefts, robberies, and accidents; * Generate operational performance and follow-up reports; * Comply with safety regulations, internal policies, and company procedures **Desired Profile:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in freight transportation, monitoring, or logistics is preferred; * Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems, monitoring platforms, and trip management; * Basic knowledge of risk management, asset security, and transportation procedures; * Proficiency in computer applications, systems, and report preparation; * Strong communication skills for interacting with drivers and operational teams; * Attentive, analytical, and organized personality; * Agility in decision-making during incidents; * Ability to work under pressure and monitor real-time operations; * Commitment, responsibility, and security focus; * Availability to work rotating shifts and variable schedules, if required.
