




Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for prospecting, acquiring, retaining, and recovering customers, managing the customer portfolio, and analyzing commercial performance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on sales, prospecting, and expansion of the customer network 2. Engagement in customer retention, recovery, and acquisition 3. Analysis of performance indicators and commercial strategy Conduct telephone sales, identify potential customers, and perform market prospecting through economic assessments and periodic visits to maintain and expand the customer network; Verify the loading rate of potential customers or those related to service pricing; Extract sales reports from the system to provide information to Branch Supervisors and Managers; Engage in customer retention, recovery, and/or acquisition via telephone contact to update and expand the customer network; Monitor branch progress to present final results to management; Request field sales representatives to visit customers and, when necessary, participate in such visits to achieve commercial objectives; Commercial discounts; Correct customer registrations and add new CNPJs; create website passwords; Develop tariffs by daily monitoring of head office guidelines to ensure proper execution of commercial procedures; Maintain the commercial portfolio through customer visits to evaluate services and identify new opportunities; Analyze performance indicators using generated reports and/or collected data to support commercial strategy decisions.
