Will follow established workflows and record activities in the management software. Also responsible for proposing architectural improvements, reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and participating in sprint planning. At more advanced levels, will define technical architectures, make strategic decisions, evaluate new technologies, mentor teams, and maintain communication with non-technical stakeholders.
