You could be our protagonist as: **Technology, Projection & Audio Technician** **What are the key responsibilities?** * Weekly scheduling of screenings according to strategy, ensuring mandatory items and correct procedures are implemented across technological platforms and theater intelligence systems; * Periodic testing and performance evaluation of projectors; * Systematic and brief monitoring of ongoing screenings to assess projection and audio quality for our customers; * Execution of activity checklists mandated by corporate office; * Collecting feedback from cinema managers and proactively addressing their pain points to enhance internal customer satisfaction; * Ensuring proper operation of cinema technology (infrastructure, promotional assets such as TVs, monitors, and digital displays). **What do you need?** * Completed technical diploma in Information Technology or Electronics; * Knowledge in Information Technology (infrastructure, hardware, software, etc.); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate Excel); **Desirable Qualifications (Not mandatory / considered a plus):** * Knowledge of projection and audio systems; * Bachelor’s degree in technology-related fields such as Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, etc. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher via Flash card; * Optional dental care plan; * Online medical assistance through Clude (online consultations with physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, etc.); * Life insurance; * TotalPass; * Exclusive discounts on products sold at our cinemas; * Partnership with SESC; * Free online learning platform; * Complimentary movie tickets every week. **Work Schedule:** Fixed day off — Monday Tuesday to Thursday — 9:00 AM – 5:20 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — 12:00 PM – 8:20 PM + One additional Sunday off per month Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
