**RESPONSIBILITIES** **—** Develop and implement innovative strategies for raw material cost reduction. **—** Analyze raw material specifications / technical drawings and their respective development requirements, ensuring that this information is accurately communicated to suppliers. **—** Identify innovative solutions to reduce time spent on operational activities. **—** Monitor and analyze market fluctuations to support procurement positioning. **—** Analyze and validate suppliers’ commercial / technical proposals. **—** Conduct visits, meetings, and negotiations with suppliers. **—** Request quotations, map, and negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery of raw materials. **—** Develop, monitor, and present Procurement area indicators (KPIs). **—** Assist in monitoring process deviations (Quality, documentation, and deliveries) and implement corresponding corrective actions. **PROFILE** **—** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or Economics. **—** Experience in Procurement / Direct Materials Purchasing (minimum 2 years). **—** Experience in the refrigeration industry – desirable. **—** Proficiency in MS 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). **—** ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred). **—** Willingness to travel within Brazil and abroad. **—** Knowledge of taxation. **—** Knowledge of *Strategic Sourcing.* **—** Postgraduate degree / MBA – desirable. **—** Advanced / fluent English proficiency. **WE OFFER** **—** Dental plan, health insurance, life insurance, and pharmacy discount program.
