If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Operate manual and low-complexity equipment (e.g., sanders, drills, screwdrivers, grinders, soldering irons, bench drills, etc); * Manufacture parts and components following required procedures; * Perform manual finishing on components used in equipment production; * Verify requirements on production cards; * Organize materials; * Inspect component quality visually and by dimensional control according to technical drawings; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of used machines and equipment; * Observe and comply with technical, administrative, management, safety, and environmental regulations; * Actively participate in programs improving products, processes, services, and the environment; * Actively participate in programs improving management and the quality system; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; * Follow procedures according to the current production system; * Perform other related activities within your area of expertise as required by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **We expect you to have:** Completed high school; Knowledge of technical drawing (reading and interpretation); company’s production system (Lean manufacturing); Kanban. **Additional Information:** On-site cafeteria Meal allowance Health insurance Dental insurance Profit-sharing and results bonus paid semiannually Group life insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Employee association And much more!
