**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT We are seeking a professional with a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related fields for the position of Development Analyst! **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement applied AI solutions, including predictive models, automated analytics, and intelligent assistants. * Create and maintain automation pipelines to optimize internal processes and increase operational efficiency. * Build analytics and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, IBM Cognos Analytics). * Program scripts, integrations, and applications using Python and JavaScript. * Structure, process, and analyze large volumes of data, ensuring quality and reliability. * Support internal departments in defining requirements, designing solutions, and interpreting results. Explore new technologies and propose continuous improvements to processes, models, and tools. * **Requirements:** **Technical Requirements** * Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI. * Proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit\-learn, automation, APIs). * Solid knowledge of JavaScript for integrations, automations, and web applications. * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase). * Experience with ETL, data manipulation, and relational/non-relational databases. * Ability to structure and document technical processes. * Preferred qualifications: knowledge of RPA, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), LLMs, automation frameworks, and MLOps. **Desired Profile:** * Analytical and solution-oriented thinking. * Aptitude for learning new technologies and methodologies. * Proactivity in identifying automation and improvement opportunities. * Strong communication skills to translate technical topics into accessible language.
