Assist in controlling and organizing compounding orders and customer orders 2. Work with data management and processing software 3. Contact customers for data verification and support We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and committed professional to work in the distribution department, assisting in the control and organization of compounding orders and order flow. Main Responsibilities \- Print and organize compounding orders \- Use recipe and compounding order management software \- Print and organize labels according to products in each order \- Organize compounding orders with labels for pharmacist verification \- Process order data \- Manage order flow within the system \- Cancel orders in the system \- Contact customers to collect and verify order information \- Support the shipping department Desired Qualifications \- Currently pursuing a degree in Pharmacy \- Basic computer skills \- Organizational skills and attention to detail \- Good communication skills for customer interaction \- Ability to work with computerized systems \- Ability to work effectively in a team \- Experience in administrative and logistics routines is a plus Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.126,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance
