**JOB MISSION** Capture, edit, and finalize video content for the company's digital channels, transforming briefings, recordings, behind-the-scenes footage, lessons, and raw materials into publish-ready videos. This role handles audiovisual production across two primary areas: **P7 Empreendimentos**, featuring CEO Vinicius Santos, and **Priscila Nunes**, focused on educational content, authority-building, behind-the-scenes material, and digital presence. This is not a strategic leadership position. It is a qualified technical execution role responsible for delivering videos with high-quality image, audio, pacing, editing, and visual identity aligned with the company’s commercial, institutional, and educational objectives. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES** **Video Capture and Production** * Capture in-person videos at the office, meetings, behind-the-scenes, construction sites, locations, events, and external recordings * Capture institutional content for P7 Empreendimentos featuring CEO Vinicius Santos * Capture educational content, lessons, behind-the-scenes footage, and authority-building videos with Priscila Nunes * Support recordings of Reels, Shorts, long-form videos, testimonials, and institutional materials * Ensure proper lighting, clean audio, framing, focus, and stability * Prepare environments, equipment, and technical adjustments prior to recordings * Capture B-roll and supporting scenes to enrich final videos **Editing and Finalization** * Edit Reels, Shorts, vertical cuts, institutional videos, lessons, and educational content * Transform raw videos into publish-ready materials * Apply cuts, pacing, captions, soundtracks, sound effects, and visual triggers * Adapt content for aspect ratios 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1 * Insert logos, intros/outros, colors, typography, and other visual elements provided by the company * Perform basic audio processing, color correction, and image adjustments * Ensure clarity, viewer retention, and professional finishing **Language Adaptation** * Differentiate between institutional, educational, behind-the-scenes, and retention-focused videos * Maintain a sober, strategic, and institutional tone for P7 Empreendimentos * Maintain a dynamic, didactic, and approachable tone for Priscila Nunes * Adjust editing pace according to platform, objective, and audience * Transform lengthy recordings into short clips suitable for social media * Select the best segments from raw footage to create higher-impact content **Use of AI and Tools** * Use AI to support captioning, cutting, transcription, organization, and content variations * Use editing tools to accelerate workflow without compromising quality * Review AI-generated or AI-assisted materials before delivery * Organize templates, presets, references, soundtracks, intros/outros, and editing standards **File Management and Deliverables** * Organize raw footage, editable projects, final versions, and backups * Name files according to the team-defined standard * Maintain a cataloged video library sorted by date, initiative, content type, and status * Deliver finalized videos on the designated platform * Communicate questions, technical issues, or incomplete briefings before execution * Ensure deliverables meet correct formats for each channel **Metrics and Improvements** * Track weekly and monthly volume of delivered videos * Monitor deadlines, revisions, rework, and technical quality of deliverables * Flag bottlenecks in briefing, capture, editing, and approval workflows * Suggest practical improvements based on received feedback * Contribute to increasing the speed and quality of audiovisual production **Tools and Routine** * Use DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, and AI platforms * Operate cameras, microphones, tripods, gimbals, lighting, and other capture accessories * Organize audiovisual tasks, deadlines, and deliverables * Participate in alignment meetings with marketing, content, and leadership as needed If this role resonates with you, apply now: https://app.orbitgestao.com.br/p/vaga/24384ad8f97c99bdd0e04ebcc769fad7 Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
