Pro Workforce Training offers professional training and development programs, focusing on preparing individuals for the job market. **Responsibilities:** Shooting and editing videos for social media (primarily Reels / TikTok / Shorts) and institutional content. On-set direction with clients and team. Editing focused on retention. Creation of covers, thumbnails, and complementary assets. Other duties pertinent to the role. Tasks related to standard Videomaker routines. Position based in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as a Video Editor, Video Producer, Audiovisual Content Creator, or Photographer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required. Relevant experience required. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$4,000.00 * Benefits disclosed during the interview stage. **Additional Information:** * Contract type: PJ – On-site. * Duration: Full-time * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–18:00. Friday, 08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00.
