**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Design and enhance financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring consistency in KPIs and reports for executive management and the board.
* Lead the budgeting cycle—from preparation through monitoring revisions and forecasting.
* Develop and maintain executive dashboards and performance dashboards.
* Lead economic\-financial feasibility analyses for strategic projects (ROI, payback, margin).
* Monitor financial and business KPIs, generating actionable insights for resource allocation, expansion, and efficiency.
* Evaluate and optimize existing financial workflows and routines, proposing automation and simplification improvements.
* Serve as a bridge between finance and business units, translating data into executive recommendations.
* Provide technical support to junior/pleno analysts, reviewing deliverables and disseminating best practices.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* Advanced Excel \+ proficiency in Power Query.
* Basic SQL for querying and cross-referencing databases (advanced level not required).
* Power BI or Qlik at user/intermediate level (navigation, validation, and contribution to dashboard evolution).
* Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
* Executive communication skills and financial storytelling ability.
* Analytical, proactive profile with strong business acumen.
**Additional Information** **Location:** Corporate office in Greater Florianópolis/SC, adjacent to Shopping Itaguaçu.
**Work Mode:** On-site
**Working Hours:** 08:30–18:33, with a 01:15 lunch break, Monday to Friday.
