Effective organization and inventory control **General Description:** The Technical Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's logistics and technical operations, ensuring proper product delivery, installation and maintenance of leased equipment, and contributing to inventory organization and control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Pick, verify, and deliver orders to customers, ensuring timeliness and product integrity; * Install hygiene dispensers (soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, dosing units, etc.) at customer premises according to company standards; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on leased equipment, ensuring full functionality; * Provide basic technical support to customers regarding correct usage of products and equipment; * Assist in inventory organization, maintaining a clean, labeled, and functional environment; * Verify received goods, checking quantity, quality, and compliance with purchase orders; * Support inbound and outbound product control, contributing to inventory accuracy; * Identify customer needs for restocking or maintenance and report them to the sales team; * Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles; * Comply with safety, hygiene, and internal procedures. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Brazilian driver's license category B; * Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and inventory organization; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor in customer service; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility.
