The Refrigeration Process Engineering team is responsible for developing and optimizing processes to improve refrigerator and freezer performance, with lower production costs and better quality indicators.
**Summary of this role**

Responsible for cost reduction demands related to refrigeration processes, as well as supporting assembly line and evaporator/suction line manufacturing demands regarding projects, quality, and production issues.
**Your responsibilities will include**
------------------------------------
* Support project demands related to cost reduction in refrigeration process conversion;
* Lead and support the Quality department and assembly lines on D2D issues (LAP, deviations, etc.);
* Assist the evaporator and dryer filter manufacturing area with quality and service issues;
* Assist the suction line manufacturing area with quality and service issues;
* Support the Development area in implementing new product and quality projects;
* Participate in quality forums (Quality Cadence, Problem Resolution, workshops, etc.);
* Develop new solutions and projects to improve process and product quality;
* Support other internal teams, serving as the point of contact for all matters related to quality and productivity.
**Minimum Requirements**
----------------------
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
* Experience in the manufacturing industry;
* Experience in primary operations (manufacturing processes) and/or assembly lines;
* Knowledge of refrigeration processes preferred;
* Technical knowledge of our white goods products preferred.
**Desired Skills and Experience**

* Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering;
* Knowledge of WCM methodology;
* OPEx certifications;
* Intermediate English proficiency;
