Basic Requirements: * **Education:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Engineering, Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Health Sciences, IT, or related fields). * **Excel/Sheets:** Proficiency in pivot tables and advanced formulas (you're not afraid of VLOOKUP or INDEX/MATCH). * **SQL:** Basic to intermediate knowledge for querying and data extraction. * **BI Tools:** Familiarity with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker). * **Analytical Mindset:** Critical thinking ability to question data and attention to detail.
