**Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT
* Grade incoming cereals, collect samples, and verify their quality according to established standards;
* Prepare samples and conduct sensory analyses, reporting the respective results;
* Manually separate impurities and undesirable materials from cereal samples, ensuring compliance with grading criteria;
* Evaluate sample characteristics such as moisture content, aroma, and odor;
* Record technical data and information from performed analyses;
* Verify and confirm proper functioning of equipment used in activities;
* Use appropriate materials and equipment to carry out tasks, maintaining organization, preservation, and correct usage per internal procedures;
* Enter grain and product inbound and outbound transactions into the SIAGRI system;
* Issue invoices, perform registrations, and execute product transfers between units and producers;
* Support customers and producers at weigh stations, weighing trucks and guiding drivers on loading and unloading procedures;
* Operate company vehicles as needed (CNH Category B);
* Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness for task execution;
* Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education; completed technical education; or currently pursuing a university degree in Agronomy, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Reside in the city of operation;
* Prior experience in grain grading is desirable;
* Experience in entering data and issuing invoices.
