Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Analyst to ensure the integrity and standardization of the database, strategically supporting system configuration and key departments. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic management of master data across multiple departments. 2. Critical role in ERP Senior configuration and information flow. 3. Collaboration with IT and other teams to continuously improve processes. We are a group of companies with 24 years of experience in the Brazilian and LATAM markets, operating in the chemical, technology (equipment), and food additives sectors. We seek a **CONTROLLER ANALYST** to ensure the integrity, standardization, and quality of the group's database, strategically supporting system configuration and providing support to Procurement, Logistics, and IT departments. **Responsibilities:** * **Data Management:** Perform review, updating, and standardization of the entire master database (customers, suppliers, products, and services), ensuring accurate codes and descriptions. * **System Configuration:** Perform configurations and technical integrations in the **ERP Senior**, ensuring correct information flow. * **Strategic Interface:** Represent the master data area with the IT team and other user departments, collaborating to continuously improve internal processes and workflows. * **Operational Support:** Support Procurement and Logistics teams with up-to-date data and assist various group companies in tasks related to this position. * **KPIs and Compliance:** Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure all processes comply with internal policies and the **LGPD (Law 13\.709\/2018\)**, safeguarding full data confidentiality. * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with this position. **What You Bring:** * Proven experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in master data management. * Proficiency in the **ERP Senior** system and **Advanced Excel**. * Solid knowledge of invoices and taxation. * **Intermediate English** (technical reading and basic conversation). * Systemic mindset, discipline, discretion, and excellent interpersonal skills. **Work Location:** São José \- Barreiros **Work Model:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
