It is through our outlet teams that Electrolux maintains its reputation for sustainability, turning consumers into loyal brand ambassadors. **What you’ll do:** As Store Coordinator for an outlet, you will manage store sales operations and sales teams, administer internal processes, and strive to achieve optimal results for Electrolux. Key responsibilities include: * Calculate store requirements based on received orders and existing inventory to ensure appropriate merchandise procurement; \- Inspect store premises to ensure merchandise presentation meets required standards and verify compliance with safety and inventory control regulations; \- Monitor daily targets against established metrics and track market prices for products, accessories, consumables, and services—suggesting adjustments when necessary; \- Manage cash handling, balance reconciliation, and store security inspections; \- Prepare NetSales, expense, GP1, and improvement initiative implementation reports; guide consumers on Electrolux-related matters as needed; \- Coordinate the sales team by directing daily activities, preparing work schedules, covering lunch breaks and/or time off, conducting periodic performance evaluations, and identifying training needs; \- Participate in recruitment and selection processes and manage personnel movements. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS/EAI) projects and activities. **Who you are:** You have: * A completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing; \- Experience managing retail sales teams and stores; \- Experience with S\&OP planning and inventory control; \- Experience with pricing and merchandise management; \- Intermediate Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint). **Where you’ll be:** You will be based at the Electrolux Outlet in Florianópolis.
