If you identify with this way of working, come join us. **What you will do:** * Develop and enhance cloud security scanning capabilities * Lead junior developers (Go, Python, etc.) * Ensure code quality and best practices across repositories * Collaborate with cloud engineers and Golang developers * Contribute to technical specifications and architecture * Maintain and enhance policy as code framework (OPA / Rego) * Translate security standards into automated policies * Ensure proper technical documentation * Support release planning and execution with global teams **What we are looking for:** * Fluent English; * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; * Solid experience in development; * Experience with cloud and/or cybersecurity; * Experience with Golang and/or Python; * Knowledge of policy as code (OPA/Rego) or similar concepts; * Experience in technical leadership or mentoring; * Experience working in global/remote teams. **Nice to have:** * Experience with CSPM solutions; * SAP Cloud experience; * Cloud security architecture knowledge; * Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO, CIS, etc.); * Agile methodology experience. **Where you will work:** * This is a hybrid position, working from our office in Acate/Florianópolis. **Hiring models:** * Cooperative **Benefits of being a Zallper:** Meal/Food Allowance Caju multi\-benefit card (credit format), offering flexibility for everyday needs.
