In this role, you will support operational activity planning by monitoring resources, priorities, and KPIs to ensure efficient service execution, contributing to quality, agility, and continuous operational improvement. * ️ **Working Hours:** Mon–Thu 07:30–17:30 with 1-hour lunch break / Fri 07:30–16:30 / Compensatory Saturday ️ Meal/Voucher Allowance – daily meal support Christmas Basket – a special year-end gesture Health Insurance Plan – comprehensive care for you Dental Insurance Plan – always keeping your oral health in check ️ Life Insurance (at no cost) – protection for you and your family Transportation Voucher – daily commuting convenience Medication Assistance – financial support for treatments and prescriptions ️ Wellhub – access to gyms and physical activities Pluxee Cuida – psychological, social, nutritional, and consulting support Responsibilities and Duties * Schedule and monitor electromechanical maintenance services. * Analyze work orders, create ERP tickets, and update activity information. * Update and manage preventive maintenance plans. * Maintain contact with supervisors and field teams to align daily demands. * Manage training, materials, equipment, and tools for teams. * Develop and update spreadsheets, reports, and departmental KPIs. * Organize documents and records to comply with regulations, audits, and certifications. * Support communication of operational interventions to involved departments. * Monitor performance of third-party service providers using controls and KPIs. * Identify opportunities for process and service quality improvement. * Keep operational and administrative scheduling controls up to date. * Plan, schedule, and control preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for water distribution and sewage collection networks; creation and closure of work orders. * Monitor the service portfolio, ensuring adherence to established deadlines and service levels. * Prioritize operational demands based on criticality, impact on water supply, and regulatory requirements. * Conduct daily supervision of field teams, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. * Collaborate with operations, engineering, procurement, warehouse, and suppliers (e.g., material/service requisitions for teams, RC issuance) to guarantee material and resource availability. * Support compliance with quality, safety, and operational efficiency standards. Requirements and Qualifications **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s Degree **Fields:** Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * ️⃣ Driver’s License Category B. * ️⃣ Advanced Excel, Power BI, and KPI analysis proficiency. * ️⃣ Experience and knowledge in water and sewage network maintenance planning and scheduling preferred. * ️⃣ Familiarity with SAP or maintenance management systems. * ️⃣ Basic knowledge of materials, tools, and consumables used in maintenance services.
