The **Zallpy Academy** is Zallpy’s internship training program, designed to accelerate emerging talent through a blend of **technical upskilling and real-world project engagement**. The program follows a **hybrid model in Florianópolis**, featuring close mentorship, continuous learning, and comprehensive technical and professional development. Therefore, all our openings are open and actively encourage applications from people with disabilities, Black individuals (Black and Brown), women, members of the LGBTQIA\+ community, and people of diverse ages, backgrounds, and nationalities**.** ### **How does the program work?** * **First 6 weeks on-site**, focused on technical training and program immersion * After this period, transition to a **hybrid work model** * A structured routine balancing practice and development: **4 days dedicated to operations and 1 day devoted to study and applied projects** ### **What are we looking for?** #### **Basic requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Information Technology**, starting from the **3rd semester** (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields); * Interest in building a career in **technology and development**; * Basic knowledge of **programming logic**; * Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and continuously grow; * **English proficiency will be required for certain positions**, depending on the project or area of work. #### **✨ Bonus qualifications:** * Initial familiarity with languages such as **Python, Java, Node, React, Angular, or related technologies**; * Participation in academic projects, junior enterprises, scientific initiation programs, bootcamps, courses, or personal technology projects. ### **Available areas of work** Within the **Zallpy Academy**, opportunities may vary based on the company’s teams and projects.
