Prepare the encapsulator machine (under supervision) using mica tape or paper as the insulating material (one of the equipment units).
Prepare the rectangular wire encapsulator machine (under supervision) using appropriate devices (trolleys), adjusting process parameters via a control panel, installing tape reels according to the operation note and operational standard, and loading spools for encapsulated wire; verify the bare wire cleaning system, annealing furnace, cooling tank, uniform winding, and winding tension.
Feed the machine (under supervision) with bare or enameled copper wire, tape reels, and water.
Identify (under supervision) spools of encapsulated wire using a specific identification card per operational standard, completing it with information from the operation note.
Weigh (under supervision) spools of encapsulated wire using appropriate devices (hooks, hoists), deducting the tare weight of the spool and recording the net weight on the spool identification card and operation note.
Store (under supervision) spools of wire in inventory according to procedures established in operational standards.
Prepare and adjust the welding machine (under supervision) per operational standard procedures; perform welding per operational standard procedures; finish the weld by filing and sanding the welded area.
Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions regarding tasks to be performed.
Exercise self-control in each operation/task, monitoring established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, and recording results when necessary.
Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or workplace to ensure they remain in optimal working and usage condition.

About the position
**Required education:**
Higher education in progress in Pedagogy or teaching degrees in Languages, Mathematics, History, Geography, Sciences, and other related teaching fields for the role of School Secretary.
