Job Summary: Operational Operator responsible for operating grain dryers, preparing and maintaining machines and equipment, and ensuring operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to safety and organization **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate grain drying equipment, managing control and heating devices to remove water or volatile liquids from materials; * Prepare and operate grain transportation systems; * Perform first-level maintenance on machinery; * Prepare machines and equipment for operation; * Monitor machine operation; * Perform or identify routine maintenance on machines and equipment; * Use appropriate materials to carry out tasks, ensuring organization and proper preservation, following established usage procedures; * Clean and store waste under safe conditions; * Test machines and equipment according to safety standards; * Lock out equipment under hazardous conditions; * Configure/adjust/modify machines and equipment; * Demonstrate organizational skills, teamwork, and preliminary risk awareness when performing tasks; * Show willingness for professional development; * Identify unsafe conditions; * Feed firewood into dryers; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position. **General Responsibilities:** * Comply with company occupational health and safety regulations and information security policies (use of PPE); * Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and internal rules; * Propose process improvements; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; Use company-provided financial resources rationally. * **Requirements:** * Incomplete Elementary Education. * Reside in the city where the position is located. * Prior experience with grain dryers is desirable. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental plan, Life insurance, Meal allowance
