Key responsibilities: Operate smooth-drum and corrugated-drum rollers for land grading and compaction; Perform earthwork compaction to ensure soil compliance prior to subsequent construction phases; Assess soil conditions before excavation begins, identifying potential risks or challenges; Direct truck drivers on material unloading locations to maintain efficient site logistics; Maintain awareness of fellow workers’ physical safety on the construction site, adhering to safety procedures; Operate equipment safely, respecting operational limits and avoiding hazardous situations; Inspect and document equipment conditions prior to commencing activities to ensure operational safety and efficiency, recording information on the checklist; Consult supervisors regarding daily priorities to understand tasks and locations, enabling effective activity planning; Follow established waste management protocols and correctly separate waste to comply with environmental legislation. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Relevant work experience; Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $2,785.00 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal voucher: BRL 26.00 per workday; Mobility assistance according to internal policy. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Chapecó/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
