Your contribution will be essential to ensuring our products operate efficiently and securely. **We Are Looking for Someone Who Will:** * Analyze and interpret user stories requiring enhancement, translating requirements into technically feasible solutions; * Write well-structured, clean, easily understandable, and testable code, applying best practices in software development; * Perform manual and automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests on features, ensuring not only system quality and stability but also compliance with predefined requirements; * Maintain Inovadora’s products by identifying and resolving technical issues, bugs, and software failures; * Create and keep up-to-date technical documentation for tasks developed, ensuring system usability and comprehension while minimizing time loss and rework across the team; * Manipulate, integrate, and manage databases and storage systems, ensuring data integrity and security; * Implement security measures to reduce vulnerabilities, protect data, and safeguard system functionality; * Identify software performance bottlenecks and optimize server-side efficiency to ensure rapid response and scalability; * Create APIs and Web Services to enable communication between different parts of the system and with third-party applications; * Design, develop, and maintain server-side logic supporting software applications, ensuring effective and scalable operation; * Collaborate closely with your team and other Inovadora members — answering questions, identifying opportunities, and supporting solution-building for real-world challenges. **How It Works:** * Assumes responsibilities aligned with the department’s plan; * Makes operational decisions without necessarily relying on precedents, understanding the impact of those decisions on your team and on stakeholders with whom you interact most frequently. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP; * Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or others; * Web development experience; * Knowledge of Agile methodology.
