Job Summary: Termotubos is seeking a Full Stack Developer – WMS with an analytical mindset and business-oriented vision to drive the evolution of our logistics management system, transforming challenges into efficient solutions. This person will play a strategic role in transforming operational demands into efficient technological solutions, directly contributing to the performance of the Logistics department. **Your Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain the WMS system (web and mobile), ensuring performance, usability, and scalability. Manage and structure databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability. Translate business rules into technical solutions aligned with logistics operations. Participate in sprints and agile ceremonies, organizing priorities and deliveries. Lead and participate in meetings for feature presentation and validation. Develop integrations with operational devices (printers, barcode scanners, scales, etc.). Implement integrations between ERP and internal systems, ensuring data consistency. Develop integrations with fiscal systems for invoice issuance. Address bug fixes, continuous improvements, and system evolution. Support technology innovation initiatives aimed at operational efficiency. **What We’re Looking For:** Focus, organization, and high concentration capacity. Execution agility and sense of priority. Practical experience in software development within corporate environments. Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining, and evolving systems. **Technical Competencies:** Full Stack Development. Database Management. System and Hardware Integration. Cloud Architecture. Agile Methodologies. Use of AI in development. **Tools and Systems:** VSCode, Claude Code, Codex. PostgreSQL, Firebase, Firestore.
