Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and autonomous professional to comprehensively manage the company's technological environment, from physical infrastructure to critical network and security services. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive and strategic management of the technological environment. 2. Administration of servers, networks, security, and software. 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure. We seek a proactive and autonomous professional to assume comprehensive management of the company's technological environment. This is a strategic and operational role, where the incumbent will oversee everything from physical infrastructure maintenance to administration of critical network, security, and software licensing services. **Key Responsibilities** * **Server and Identity Administration:** * Management and monitoring of high-performance servers (Windows Server) and storage configurations (RAID/NAS). * Full administration of users, groups, and permissions via **Active Directory (AD)**. * Standardization of domain-joined machines and sector-specific software installation. * **Networks, Security, and Telephony:** * Management of **Firewall** (access rules, VPN, and perimeter security). * Administration of **Cloud-based PABX (VOIP)** system supporting approximately 100 extensions. * Configuration and support for network assets (Switches, Routers, and corporate Wi\-Fi). * **Software and Licensing Management:** * Centralized administration of SaaS licenses (Adobe Suite, management tools, image banks, and industry-specific software). * Technical liaison with vendors of HR, Finance, and ERP applications. * User and file management within Google Workspace. * **Support and Physical Infrastructure:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of desktops, including assembly and formatting. * Management and monitoring of peripherals and printer fleet. **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience in server administration and Microsoft environments (Active Directory). * In-depth knowledge of networking (TCP/IP protocols, VLANs, QoS for voice). * Experience with enterprise firewalls (Fortinet preferred). * Hands-on experience managing VOIP/IP telephony systems. * Proficiency in IT asset and software license (SaaS) management. **Additional Information** * **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor). * **Compensation:** R$ 7\.000,00\. **Work Location:** Balneário Camboriú \- SC.
