Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative company **CHALLENGE TECHNOLOGY:** INFRASTRUCTURE (IT) Are you an IT professional passionate about solving problems and creating innovative solutions? We are seeking a Systems Analyst with a focus on INFRASTRUCTURE. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide on-site user support at various levels, resolving complex tickets related to hardware, software, networking, and servers. Actively monitor infrastructure (on-premises and/or cloud servers), proactively identifying failures before they impact business operations. Perform connectivity diagnostics and troubleshooting (VPN, firewalls, switches, proxies). Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring security updates and performance optimization. Assist in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Create and maintain detailed documentation (procedures, topologies, knowledge base articles) and automation scripts for routine tasks. Participate in infrastructure improvement projects, migrations, and technology upgrades. Support backup management and restore policies.
