**COMMERCIAL MANAGER.** We are looking for a qualified, responsible, and committed professional to work in the commercial area of a high-end medical clinic located in Jurerê Internacional \- Florianópolis \- SC. * Position: Permanent; * Employment type: CLT contract; * Work location: Neighborhood Jurerê \- Florianópolis – SC; * Schedule: Monday to Friday; * Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (flexible availability required). **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Intermediate level in Office Suite; * Knowledge of CRM management tools and digital marketing platforms; * Experience in sales within the Health and Wellness sector will be considered a differentiator; * Proficiency in Google Sheets; * Experience in client portfolio management and customer loyalty; * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Responsible for developing and expanding sales of clinic services (weight loss, hormone treatments, among others), strategically prospecting clients, preparing proposals, and ensuring customer retention; * Plans and executes commercial actions, defining strategies aligned with company goals, as well as negotiating with clients and partners to secure favorable and sustainable conditions; * Collaborates closely with the marketing team, contributing to the creation and execution of campaigns, events, and promotional activities that strengthen brand presence in the market; * Supervises daily commercial operations, supporting the clinical team in scheduling organization, service logistics, and internal process efficiency; * Also assists in financial control, ensuring accurate accounting information flow, invoice issuance, and monitoring of performance and profitability indicators. **What we offer:** * Salary: BRL 3\.700,00; * Variable commissions; * Transportation allowance (6% discount); * Exclusive discounts on clinical services.
