Laura dos Santos Laurindo, 340 \- Santa Clara, Itajaí \- SC, 88306\-705\.** Relevant experience in the role, knowledge and skills in Excel, and warehouse management systems. **Warehouse Responsibilities:** Perform administrative activities in the warehouse area, controlling and executing tax routines to ensure all received invoices comply with tax principles, regulations, legislation, and the company's established deadlines and procedures; conduct inventory counts; monitor goods inflow and outflow; track and update stock mapping; prepare inventory control spreadsheets; perform audits; create controls; generate reports; assume full responsibility for warehouse organization; label and stack items; obtain quotations and negotiate with suppliers for purchasing machinery, parts, or other products; monitor delivery deadlines; receive equipment; verify that equipment is in perfect condition and fully operational; inspect accessories; clean equipment; prepare equipment for dispatch from the company for leasing, sale, or exchange; receive goods and verify against purchase orders; enter products into the system; supply materials to departments; manage inventory; finalize invoices and forward them to the administrative department; operate forklifts; maintain warehouse organization and material preservation; and perform other duties inherent to the role, including cleaning and arranging the warehouse area, material identification, and inventory taking, among others. **Working Hours:** 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00, Monday through Thursday 07:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 16:00, Friday Meal allowance of BRL 375.00 \+ Birthday Day Off \+ BRL 200.00 bonus gift.
