




Job Summary: The Activation team is responsible for installing and maintaining internet services for customers, ensuring proper equipment configuration and customer satisfaction. The Activation team consists of those professionals who visit customers to activate new connections and perform necessary maintenance. In addition, the Activation team also configures equipment and schedules these visits with customers. **This and other listed positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in customer installations; * Assist in maintenance of already-installed equipment at customer sites; * Perform equipment installation and configuration procedures; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Safeguard company assets; * Use network measurement tools; * Use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Use company software; * Answer phone calls; * Contact customers by phone; * Drive company vehicles; * Clean and keep the workplace organized; * Ensure customer satisfaction. * Fill out the service execution application; * Execute network documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Teamwork; Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Efficiency in tasks and courtesy toward customers; Sense of urgency and innovation. **Education:** Completed high school; Technical course in a related field is desirable. **Requirement:** Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Additional Information** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM** Opportunity for on-site work in Itapema.
