Driven by great challenges, we have developed a platform to facilitate control and optimize management from initial stages through to project completion. **// General Job Responsibilities:** * **Operate the roller compactor** safely and efficiently on construction and road paving sites. * **Perform compaction of soils, asphalt, and other materials** in specific areas of the construction site, following instructions from the engineer or site supervisor. * **Keep the machine in good working condition**, performing minor adjustments and inspections such as checking oil, fuel, and other fluid levels. * **Follow safety standards and site regulations** to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. * **Conduct quality control of compaction**, adjusting pressure and compaction intensity as required. * **Collaborate with the work team** to ensure tasks are completed according to the established schedule. **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in this role? * Do you live in Itapoá or the surrounding region? * Are you available to start immediately?
