Prior industry experience is a plus We are looking for a **Procurement Assistant** to support the department in its operational and administrative routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with receipt, inspection, and storage of materials and components; * Conduct quotations, issue purchase orders, and perform ERP system registrations; * Contribute to inventory control, ensuring data accuracy and workplace organization; * Monitor and update departmental performance indicators; * Provide support in deadline management, supplier relationship coordination, and adherence to schedules and service quality standards. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * **Prior experience is not mandatory**, but previous experience in the **industrial sector** will be considered a plus; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:48 PM **Work Location:** North Industrial Zone – Joinville/SC If you are seeking an opportunity to grow and develop your career in procurement, apply now and join our team!
