Job Summary: Plastpet is seeking a Plastic Injection Technician to perform machine adjustments, monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support the production team in continuous process improvement **Plastpet is looking for a Plastic Injection Technician to join our team!** **Location:** Rua Theodor Kleine, 1515 – Fortaleza Alta – Blumenau/SC **Schedule:** ▪ Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ▪ Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Adjust and configure plastic injection molding machines; * Monitor and prepare mold changeovers; * Monitor the production process to ensure quality and productivity; * Identify and correct injection process defects; * Conduct production trials and approve machines for operation; * Perform new mold try-outs, evaluating process parameters, part quality, and mold performance; * Support the production team in continuous process improvement; * Train and guide operational staff (mold changers and operators); * Monitor and ensure the quality of produced parts. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the plastics industry; * Knowledge of plastic injection processes; * Organized, responsible, and committed profile. **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria Attendance bonus Transportation allowance Pharmacy benefit plan Birthday day off Employee discount on company products Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$1.518,00 – R$5.878,21 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
