Job Summary: Professional to work on the fabrication, assembly, and repair of naval piping systems, using welding techniques and interpretation of technical drawings for naval systems projects. Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Draft piping drawings (layouts and diagrams); * Perform assembly and repair work on piping systems onboard, on benches, or in industrial areas (carbon steel, stainless steel, CuNi, and\/or other alloys); * Adjust welding equipment settings; * Perform tack welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, CuNi, and\/or other alloy piping according to procedures adopted by tkEBS, including GTAW, FCAW, MGAW, and SMAW; * Fabricate or repair piping systems on vessels. * Perform cutting using torches, portable and fixed rotary machines; * Read and interpret technical drawings (isometrics, assembly layouts, P\&ID flowcharts); * Operate electric pipe threading machines; * Conduct pressure tests on piping networks and valves. * Perform pipe bending using manual and hydraulic bending machines; **Requirements and Qualifications** Relevant work experience; Incomplete elementary education; Knowledge of and ability to use assembly tools (tape measure, square, levels, etc.), as well as welding and cutting machines; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Attendance Allowance; Christmas Bonus; Transportation Allowance; On-site cafeteria offering breakfast and lunch; UNIMED health insurance coverage extended to legal dependents.
