**RESPONSIBILITIES:** POSITION: Serigraphic Printing Machine Operator Salary: R$2,500.00 Benefits: Transportation allowance Additional benefits: Overtime pay Employment type: CLT Location: Fazenda Santo Antônio, São José/SC Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM) Duties: Prepare and adjust the serigraphic printing machine prior to production start; Configure and operate the Mini-MCA automatic carousel printing machine for fabric printing; Adjust screens, inks, and rollers to ensure proper alignment and print quality; Load the machine with materials and inks according to established standards; Conduct print tests and make necessary adjustments during production; Visually inspect printed items to prevent defects, stains, or misalignments; Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure proper equipment care; Record production output and report irregularities to the team leader; Assist with preventive maintenance and screen, ink, and film replacements. **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory requirement: Prior experience as a serigraphic operator; Education: Completed high school. Skills: Attention to detail; teamwork; adherence to rules and procedures; agility; organization; responsibility; proactivity; ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks. Knowledge: Operation of Mini-MCA automatic carousel machines or similar; reading and interpreting technical sheets and printing templates; preparation of serigraphic inks and screens; basic knowledge of quality management and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
