




Job Summary: Responsible for HR department routines, payroll, benefits administration, and support to employees and managers. Key Highlights: 1. Central involvement in HR department routines 2. Experience in labor legislation required RESPONSIBILITIES: Process employee vacation requests; Provision payroll accounting entries; Input and verify payroll information; Issue and manage life insurance reports; Manage benefits processes and consigned margin; Monitor and adjust employee time records; Prepare and issue employment contracts and other related documents; Support employees and managers. REQUIREMENTS: Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; Experience in HR department routines, time tracking systems, and benefits administration; Mandatory knowledge of labor legislation and payroll calculations (practical test will be conducted); DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Training courses updating knowledge of labor legislation; Undergraduate degree in progress (Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields).
