We are expanding and want people who also wish to grow with us! **What you will do here**: Design, code, and validate firmware in C for ARM Cortex-M and ESP32 microcontrollers. Implement sensor reading, control, and peripheral communication routines via SPI, I²C, and UART. Develop and maintain industrial communication protocols (Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-485) and IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, MQTT). Work side-by-side with the hardware team on board debugging and bring-up. Create and maintain preliminary tests, technical documentation, and firmware versioning in the repository (Git). Plan schedules, contribute to architectural decisions, and drive projects toward certification. Evolve existing products according to new customer and market demands. **Requirements:** * Practical experience developing embedded firmware/software in C. * Experience with ARM Cortex-M (STM32) and ESP32 microcontrollers. * Proficiency in embedded peripherals and protocols (UART, SPI, I²C, GPIO, timers, interrupts). * Familiarity with Git and version control workflows. * Ability to read datasheets in English. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields. * Preferred qualifications (non-mandatory): * Experience with IoT applications and connected architectures (MQTT, brokers, cloud integration). * Experience with FreeRTOS or other RTOS. * Knowledge of Modbus, RS-485, or other industrial protocols. * Experience with bootloaders and OTA firmware updates. * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Embedded Systems, Software Engineering, Product Development, or related areas. **We offer:** * Meal voucher or food allowance; * Profit-sharing and results-based bonus; * Health and dental insurance; * On-site parking; * Partnerships with educational institutions, gyms, language schools, aesthetic clinics, and restaurants. **Benefits:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing * Life insurance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance **Working hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday through Friday. **Work model:** On-site. **Location:** Jardim Eldorado, Palhoça/SC Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
