Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for reviewing service tickets, providing customer support for internet and TV services, guiding customers on solutions, and monitoring TV channels. Monitoring and troubleshooting of TV channels. ***About the company:*** TI Floripa provides services to Empresa Catarinense de Tecnologia (Olé Fibra), an internet service provider operating in Florianópolis and surrounding areas. ***Responsibilities:*** * Review service tickets (O.S.) assigned to them * Provide customer support to internet and TV users * Guide customers in resolving internet and TV issues * Monitor the operation of TV channels, among other duties ***Prerequisites:*** * Basic computer literacy course * Experience in customer service ***Candidate Profile:*** * Candidates with strong customer service skills * Good diction * This position is available during the following shift: From 07:45 to 14:00 (1 vacancy), Monday to Friday (on-site), and weekends as scheduled (remote work) * Work location: Praia Comprida, São José-SC**.** Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1.779,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection question(s): * Do you reside in São José-SC or Greater Florianópolis?
